The brewer is Shirakami Shuzo and the seller is Hirosaki Meizo.
I wonder if the label was put on a low-priced sake for tourists in Hirosaki.
I drank it after opening the bottle, but it tasted sour and mmmm ⤵️ (my personal opinion). I don't think I will buy it again.
I hope the taste will change for the better when it is exposed to air.
