Heisei sake for this season of 2025. The sake was so delicious even when served cold that I couldn't help but smile, but I had it heated to 70 degrees Celsius. It is said to have an alcohol content of 20 to 21, but it was an excellent sake that did not make you feel that.

Sake found during GW return trip It's so good that I can't believe it's ranked 30th in Nara Prefecture! I googled it and found out that it has been re-established for about 5 years. I thought that if only it would become more well-known, it would easily rank in the top 5 in Nara Prefecture!

In 2023, we had a string of hit sake, including Ni-Rabbit (zodiac sign label) and Joyo (NANZAN), and when the owner of the liquor store told me "Tenmei's this was delicious~," I immediately purchased it. It is truly a lactic acid bacteria drink for adults. I could drink it all the time.

2022 Retrospective] 2022.03 Hakuba Nishiki was drunk at the Happo One Riesen Hut. It tasted as good as its name, "Kyokumakuchi". Naturally, I looked for it on the way home and bought it, but it was surprisingly cheap at 980 yen (at the time) for a four-pack. By the way, when you order sake at Riesen Hut, salt and nozawana greens come with it.
