I was looking forward to this event!
27 breweries will be lined up in 2 prefectures in Kansai.
Here is the first one. This is Nara Prefecture's favorite toast sake.
I finally got to meet them.
I greeted the brewer, saying, "I'm here for the Joyous Light.
The sake is poured into a special glass.
Oh, it's so sweet! It is a mellow group of sake.
It also had a thickening effect. It might be just about as good on the rocks as it is on the rocks!
It was no small pleasure. It was a very pleasant drink!

The rice flavor and acidity give it a moderate sake-like quality that accompanies the food. 🙆♂️
The brewery says they have resumed their own brewing from 2019.
We hope they will continue to make delicious sake!

Junmai sake "Yuukyu no Hikari" by Sawada Shuzo of Joy Hikari. Another delicious sake with a delicious flavor. We enjoyed it with a light and rich meat sucking dish.
