I tried it because it came up in a recommendation at Sake-no-Wawa. I found the green apple and sweetness, but the alcohol taste was too strong for my personal taste.

Ordered because it is a sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. Sake with a clean, crisp taste. Very tasty, just the way I like it! It may be a long way, but I hope I can support them in any way I can.
