It's quite limited (6 places according to the person at the shop where I bought it. It seems that you can't buy it even at the brewery.) I heard that it is sold only at It's heavy and sweet like Junmai Daiginjo sake, so I've been taking it little by little.

A sake that can't be labeled Jun Gin because it's not up to standard. I think this is the first time I've bought Ottersai myself. (I've been drinking it at pubs and the like, but...) You can see why it's so popular... It's delicious...

What is it? Can you stop making it delicious all the time (see below)? This is Kirizukuba, which won the main prize at the Nanbu Toji Appraisal Contest. It's really, really delicious.
