After a few hours, it starts to taste like cemedine, but you can drink it before then.
No. 1 in the kijozo-shu area so far.
At 2,500 yen per batch, it was a fairly safe price.
It was freshly opened and had just the right amount of acidity, lightness, and sweetness.
It was delicious.
