Red label using Akaban Omachi rice. It is delicious.
I can't express "Omachi" except wow!
I really like it.
Rich, gorgeous, fruity. Not too sweet.
I got the same Shu label Nigori before this.
But the Nigori was still too sweet for my liking, so I didn't even post it (*´-`).
We've compared drinks, and they taste so different! Sake is amazing.
