Hiryu Junmai Daiginjo
Shinzawa Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, famous for Hakurakusei and Atago-no-Matsu, made a new brand of beer using morning sunlight from Okayama Prefecture.
A small congratulations to his father, who is from Okayama Prefecture and has lived in Miyagi Prefecture for years.
The pictures are still wrapped up, too, lol.
I'm celebrating, but I also sipped on a handsome man's handiwork.
Oh, it's good. That's it. There are no traces of any other flavor and it is already water. It doesn't have any peculiarity and it is easy to drink even for people who don't usually drink sake. It's a true daiginjo.
I think it was a little over 1500 yen for 720 ml.
The liquor store was bustling with Father's Day celebrations over the weekend - dust 🤗
