First time? Heating up sake. The aroma and flavor stood out, and it was fruity with a hint of sweetness. When warmed up to lukewarm, it was easy to drink, thanks in part to the ease of Genmai.
More than a fruity aroma, the first sip was light, with a clean, delicious aftertaste! I thought it reminded me a little of Hokusetsu. The sweetness is not too strong nor too light. Banana type?
Somewhat Western? Aroma is Western liquor-like. There is a dusty flavor, but the impression is a rummy freshness. It also has a little bit of cemedine. It is refreshing.
Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! The entry is juicy with a rummy feel. I think it is less sweet than the 14yo and has just a little bit of bitter umami taste in the middle.
Gorgeous and fresh aroma! And a slight gassy freshness with a melon-like sweetness! It does not disappoint! Delicious! I love it so much! No peculiarities and a clean aftertaste.
Yay, yay! Junmai Daiginjo.
The aroma is quite slight. The moment you drink it, you can feel the fine gas on your tongue. The sweetness can be felt, so it is not lacking at all. It is very delicious! It's not like any kind of fruit.
