Kanazawa souvenir! I feel the modernity in the petit micro carbonated rummy feeling, but I also feel the flavor, sweetness, and bitterness that seems to come from Yamahai are softly present in the latter half of the bottle. Delicious!

A souvenir from a trip to Kanazawa. I tend to avoid Yamahai, but when I tasted it, it was delicious, so I bought it.
It is very sour, but not too sweet, and the flavor spreads slowly.
