Go to Kusatsu Onsen to soak in ♨️ (pic4)
I found Macho for the first time at a liquor store I went into after strolling around town.
I found Macho for the first time and bought it immediately
I bought it immediately✨
Lucky to find it in such a place ❗️
Come to think of it, Kusatsu is also in Gunma Prefecture, the same prefecture as the brewery: ☺️
80% Omachi polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume.
Association 14 yeast
When the screw cap is opened, it is pushed with mf ♫
Poured into a glass and was surprised to see big bubbles 🫧flowing up, not like it was fire-aged 😳.
I checked and they said it was fire-roasted with a pastry riser
The upper standing aroma is rummy, muscat, banana🍌.
Isoamyl acetate comes in with a bang 🔨.
There is a little bit of malty taste, too.
For a moment, the aroma makes you think it is sweet.
But then, I felt a strong umami taste in the acidity.
While it has a strong umami taste, it has a strong bitterness.
The bitterness is sharp and clean.
This is it, this is it, this is it. ❗️Macho!
I'm so happy to drink it at home for the first time 😆.

Hello, ymdaz!
Kusatsu Onsen is the best place to soak in hot springs. ♨️
I'm sure you'll have a great time at your destination as well 🎵.
I haven't had MACHO yet, but it looks like it will stimulate my taste buds in many ways 🤤!

Hi, ma-ki-San 😃😃It was my first time in Kusatsu.
It was my first time in Kusatsu, but it was a "nice place" with hot water that smelled of sulfur and left me feeling refreshed after bathing.
Macho, the label is a joke but it's surprisingly good! Give it a try 😊.
