This is a special class in hazardous materials. People who like Wind Forest will have their heads twisted, but those who like it will love the taste. As soon as I opened it, there was a popping sound and a fresh, fruity smell. When you take a sip, it is rich and tastes similar to Kaze no Mori type5, but the aftertaste is clean and delicious - you can feel the slight carbonation. Delicious, I wish I had this around me so I could drink it for my everyday drinking. The taste is refreshing at first, but the umami flavor comes more and more. The smell is very refreshing, like citrus fruits. I love Fukui Prefecture! Forgive me for writing this in a drunken state of mind for sure. It is one of those drinks that don't match the price. Please drink it if you have a chance.

This sake is tangy and delicious, and smells fresh! It's hard to compare it with Collage, which is a delicious Junmai sake. If you like spicy sake, I recommend it. I don't know how spicy it is, so I'm writing this from an imaginary point of view. It's delicious. Personally, I like Collage.

My favorite with fire-roasted sake. It's good! It's dry when drunk at room temperature, but it's easy to drink. The smell is refreshing and smells like old-fashioned sake. I'd like to drink it a little at a time, and when it gets cold I'd like to drink it hot! At last! I've drunk all the sake in the Kinki region, and I'm going to drink all the delicious sake in Japan! I can finally open it. I drink the long awaited wind forest summer night sky. The lid blew off (laughs) I was so surprised I felt it stop for a second, I looked for the lid but couldn't find it (T_T) I tightened it with plastic wrap. Please be careful when you open the wind forest. Kaze no Mori is gentle but tasty, and the strength is low, so it is easy to drink. The smell is sweet of fruit. It's sad that they don't sell it for this year.
