I was not sure if I wanted a refreshing fruity sake or not, However, I thought that today's salmon shabu-shabu would be better served with a heavier sake, so I opened this one that I had bought earlier. As one would expect from a Yamahai sake! It has a rich, round flavor that spreads throughout the mouth. It goes well with fish. Muha🫠!

Sake I met at a sake brewery tasting I really liked the sake, which had a nice sweetness and a slight sparkle, while also having a delicious sake flavor! I had it with motsu nabe, and of course it went well with it! I am sure it would go well with western food as well.

I had never seen the name before, so I asked about it at the liquor store. They told me that it was made by a female toji. It was a very tasty sake with a fruity sweetness. I think I will have another kind made with different rice next time! With yellowtail shabu-shabu

Sake to be drunk with care I found it to be a delicious sake with a deep flavor that is free of any off-flavors. Perhaps because it has been aged for a long time, it has a roundness to it that makes it easy to drink. We drank it together while saying how delicious it was. It went well with chicken liver.

The sake you brought. It has a sweet taste with a clean aftertaste! We enjoyed it very much with oyster nabe! Here's another sake we received 🍶. It was a very exciting sake⤴️. It was sweeter than the sparkling sake we had the other day. It has the original sweetness of sake, but is easy to drink with a slight effervescence. I could drink more and more! Having said that, it was great to have it with raw chocolate to savor a little bit at a time.

The sake I received 🍶. I was surprised when the first sip went into my mouth. I thought it was from the sweetness because it is a daiginjo. I thought it would come from the sweetness because it is a daiginjo. It was interesting to taste the sweetness when drinking it while eating. It was a delicious sake that I never get tired of. I enjoyed it with sashimi, carpaccio, fried octopus, etc.

Fresh, as befits a morning squeeze! But the flavor and sharpness are refreshing. Great! I had it with oden goshi. On the second day, when I tried to open it, the cork flew to the ceiling and I screamed. I'd like to make another reservation for next year, but I'm sure they forgot.
