I was not sure if I wanted a refreshing fruity sake or not,
However, I thought that today's salmon shabu-shabu would be better served with a heavier sake, so I opened this one that I had bought earlier.
As one would expect from a Yamahai sake!
It has a rich, round flavor that spreads throughout the mouth.
It goes well with fish.

I really liked the sake, which had a nice sweetness and a slight sparkle, while also having a delicious sake flavor!
I had it with motsu nabe, and of course it went well with it!

Sake to be drunk with care
I found it to be a delicious sake with a deep flavor that is free of any off-flavors.
Perhaps because it has been aged for a long time, it has a roundness to it that makes it easy to drink.

It was a very exciting sake⤴️.
It was sweeter than the sparkling sake we had the other day.
It has the original sweetness of sake, but is easy to drink with a slight effervescence.
I could drink more and more!
Having said that, it was great to have it with raw chocolate to savor a little bit at a time.
