My parents in Shizuoka asked me what kind of souvenirs I would like to buy for them when they go on a trip to Aomori. I asked them if they had any rice wine, but they said they didn't... But they said they didn't have any, so I started to wonder about this sake. I bought this sake at a nearby liquor store. It had a fresh, fruity aroma. But it was not sweet, it had a little sourness like muscat, which was nice. It was delicious! I want to drink this again. With liver.

Oh no, it was delicious! I asked the liquor store if they had any sake that would go well with the ehomaki. I bought it. The taste is good, but it's also quite crisp and doesn't interfere with the meal. It's the best sake I've ever had. The rice is from Hokkaido, and they are trying to make it fit the sake.

Stable and handsome Yamato Shizuku I love the fruity fragrance and sweetness of this one. This time, Yukinoyamato was refreshing and winter-like.

I didn't know tamedori had such a great flavor. It was delicious! I'd like to compare it to Nakadori too. The hot sake was also delicious.

Long time no post. I just forgot to take pictures and didn't get to document a few good drinks... This is a limited edition Hououmita sake. I made a reservation and bought it at a liquor store. It has a fruity and refreshing sweetness. My favorite. It went well with braised flounder. Decided to buy this sake again!

A friend bought me a drink to go with the potato stew. It had a nice flavor and a little bitterness at the end. It seems to have matured and is now being served. This is the kind of sake I want to drink slowly.

It said on the lid to be careful about opening the bottle, but when I bought it. Be careful when you open it. I was told again that I should be careful when opening it. That said, I thought it was, but I was surprised to see at least a splash of champagne 🤣 It is a dry microbrewed sake like summer. I could drink it easily while eating.

It's a big dry one, and it's so refreshing! On the first day, I also found a little bitterness in the dice. Great for a mid-meal drink. I also felt the slightest bit of firing.
