Long time no post. I just forgot to take pictures and didn't get to document a few good drinks...
This is a limited edition Hououmita sake. I made a reservation and bought it at a liquor store.
It has a fruity and refreshing sweetness. My favorite.
It went well with braised flounder.
Decided to buy this sake again!
A friend bought me a drink to go with the potato stew. It had a nice flavor and a little bitterness at the end.
It seems to have matured and is now being served.
This is the kind of sake I want to drink slowly.
It said on the lid to be careful about opening the bottle, but when I bought it.
Be careful when you open it. I was told again that I should be careful when opening it. That said, I thought it was, but I was surprised to see at least a splash of champagne 🤣
It is a dry microbrewed sake like summer. I could drink it easily while eating.
It's a big dry one, and it's so refreshing!
On the first day, I also found a little bitterness in the dice.
Great for a mid-meal drink.
I also felt the slightest bit of firing.
