A bottle of concentrated rich flavor made with 100% Aizan, the diamond of sake rice. It seems to be bottled in a limited edition of 276 bottles. It has a rich flavor, but also has a crisp side, and can be enjoyed both as a mealtime sake and as a stand-alone sake. It can be enjoyed both as a food sake and on its own.

Nama Junmai Sake Tatsurog 3.9 Product purchased for 1,200 yen at the Aomori product exhibition at Omiya Station Polishing ratio 65%, 100% Oirase-machi Masugura I bought this sake because it was cheap and wondered what it would be like, but it is a well-balanced sake with a stronger umami than I expected. If only it were better known...it would not be surprising if the price went up. In terms of cost performance, this is a level I have never encountered before.

Sake meter rating +3, Tatsurog 3.7. It has a fruity taste like lychee, but the base is mainly rice flavor, which is typical of sake, but it has a clean and well-balanced aftertaste. Great sake while eating soba noodles!

We opened a four-pack of this sake in one night with codfish stewed in soy sauce and edamame (green soybeans) as a side dish. It has a moderate spiciness and a clean aftertaste. It is a junmai ginjo, so it has the sweetness and malty taste of rice, making it a superb sake.

Rice polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree +4.0 Tatsurog 3.7 Cosy sake with a light aroma and taste. The aroma and taste are light, but it has no peculiarities and is excellent as a food sake. We enjoyed it with motsu-ni (stewed vegetables). Homare Sake Brewery in Aizu seems to be the family home of Yumi Karahashi of Megane Bijin.

Sake served at Kashiraya, located at the west exit of Omiya Station. Tatsurog 3.2 Kitanoseki Sake Brewery in Tochigi Prefecture. This is the first sake brewery I have heard of. This is the kind of sake you can get at a yakitori restaurant. It is a cold sake that is like THE sake, but it is a less peculiar sake that goes in easily and goes well with the izakaya menu. It is the best match with "motsu-ni" and "kashira".

Tatsurog 4.0 Sake degree -13, Polishing ratio 50%, Nama-shu The alcohol content is low at 14%. Nama sake with CEL-24, a yeast developed in Kochi Prefecture. It is juicy, fruity and sweet like a pineapple. Well balanced with acidity, we had it with bonito and salmon sashimi, and it went well together, we drank a lot of it! Definitely a taste favored by women.
