Just a quick drink in Oimachi. I'd like to have a drink standing up. But it's crowded everywhere. So I ended up at this place, which I haven't been to for a long time. This is my first time in Fukushima. It is spicy from the beginning. The aftertaste is rather light.

Cosy sake with a light aroma and taste. The aroma and taste are light, but it has no peculiarities and is excellent as a food sake. We enjoyed it with motsu-ni (stewed vegetables).
Homare Sake Brewery in Aizu seems to be the family home of Yumi Karahashi of Megane Bijin.
