Kitanoseki Sake Brewery in Tochigi Prefecture. This is the first sake brewery I have heard of.
This is the kind of sake you can get at a yakitori restaurant.
It is a cold sake that is like THE sake, but it is a less peculiar sake that goes in easily and goes well with the izakaya menu.
It is the best match with "motsu-ni" and "kashira".
