Polishing ratio 65%, 100% Oirase-machi Masugura
I bought this sake because it was cheap and wondered what it would be like, but it is a well-balanced sake with a stronger umami than I expected.
If only it were better known...it would not be surprising if the price went up. In terms of cost performance, this is a level I have never encountered before.
