We opened a four-pack of this sake in one night with codfish stewed in soy sauce and edamame (green soybeans) as a side dish. It has a moderate spiciness and a clean aftertaste. It is a junmai ginjo, so it has the sweetness and malty taste of rice, making it a superb sake.
