Kouei Kiku Sunburst Following the snowcrescent we got the other day, we also got the Sunburst at Kakinuma Sake Shop Kitasenju. Sunburst at Kakinuma Sake Shop in Kitasenju 🙆🏻♂️. It has a delicious muscat-like sweet and sour taste that is typical of Koueikiku 🤤. Unlike snowcrescent, there is no orikiri, so it has a clean and refreshing taste. The taste is also mild. snowcrescent = toast Sunburst = a food wine I'd like to try the others and compare them with the KIKU!

I found it at the store and ordered it 😭 I thought the best thing about HANA YUYO is that it's freshly opened! But the aroma was just as gorgeous as the reviews said it would be! Unfortunately, the gasiness was gone, but I could feel the gorgeousness of the pineapple lineage like Cell24, and I'm sure it's a great bottle that's only famous for its fruity lineage🙆🏻♂️.

I know it's been a while since I've posted this, but... I got this Xtype from Kakinuma Sake Shop in Kitasenju. I had decided to have my first no.6 at home, and I finally found it! Polishing rice 40%, 100% Akita rice. The yeast is Kyokai No. 6, and the umami produced by the yeast No. 6 and the sake yeast production process spreads out in a big wow! The taste reminds me of lychee, peach and other fruits with acidity and sweetness, and the juicy mouthfeel is like biting into an early ripe peach 😭. I really wanted to savor it a little bit at a time, but it went down fast 😭. Delicious! This is a great bottle that lives up to its name. I'm really glad that I got to drink the opening of Shinsei no.6 as a life experience 😭😭😭!!!

Today I'm going to open up even more🙆🏼♂️. Special Junmai Hirotogawa Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 degrees This is my first drink of Hirotogawa, which has a reputation for being delicious. This is delicious 🤤. It has a melon-like aroma and flavor without fizziness, and the bitterness of the finish is quick and refreshing. The bitterness and the sharpness of the bitterness are quick and clear. It's definitely a well-balanced sake. I've had it cold, so I'm going to try it at room temperature ▶️and lukewarm! The manager of Kikanuma Nishimoto said that all of them are good, so I'm looking forward to it 🤤.

Next is Kyubei's Yamadanishiki EAU DU DESIR I drank Omachi about a year ago and bought it to compare🙆🏼️. Compared to Omachi's effervescent melon, it's milder and more flavorful, perfect for sipping 🤔! This...should not have been drunk after Ji Kon😭. It's in the same vein, so it's got a very distinct hair color. I can feel the slight alcohol in the kuheiji 😞. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to drink this after Jijima or not 😭. I was surprised at how different it was from Omachi's melon foam 🙄. It's still the same classy Kiheiji style. It's a delicious marriage with red fish 🤤.

First time in my life Jijima🥺 I've been holding back for a long time, even though I've seen it at the store, because I wanted to enjoy the taste right after opening the bottle. I've been trying to get a bottle of this for a long time. I've been waiting for this for a long time. Zijin Junmai Ginjo Hachitanishiki Unfiltered Raw Alcohol content 16 degrees Polishing ratio 55%. The aroma is fruity, but the flavor is explosive. I've never felt this much umami before😭. The acidity and sweetness are balanced like an apple. I've never felt so much "umami" before😭. The balance of the hexagon that is common to such famous sake can be tasted. As I continued to drink, there was no alcohol smell at all, and as it fell into my stomach and my body warmed up, I finally realized It's not until you warm up that you realize it's alcohol 🙄. It's such a great drink, but in a good way, it never becomes the star of the show. It's a great sake for a meal ☺️☺️☺️. YUM!!!!

Tenbi's Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama! I bought this in early January, but haven't had a chance to open it in a while😞. I wondered if it had deteriorated a bit. So I opened the bottle. I was impressed by the bubbly, petite, fizzy, lychee-like aroma, sweetness, and deliciousness of the sake. YUM!!! I think I like it better than this ⛄️ 🤤 I'm a little disappointed with the bitterness and the sharpness. I think the bitterness is a little disappointing, but I really like the assertiveness of the sweetness. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I can't stop! I forgot to take a picture of it. 🥺

Banshu Ikken Shippo Junmai Unfiltered Raw on the lees Rice polishing ratio 65%. Alcohol content 15 degrees Showing that human relationships and connections are as valuable as cloisonne. This is a lees tangent that is said to be the most popular of the "Cloisonne series" for those who support it. This is one that was recommended to me at Kikanuma Sake Store Kitasenju! It has the aroma and sweetness of a muskmelon! It has a refreshing sourness and a pleasant slight firing. It's a very tasty bottle that I like in every way 🤤. It's even more melon than the Sakyami or the Jiheiji! I can drink this as much as I want 🤤! If you find it, you should definitely try it!

My first visit to Kikanuma Sake Store Kitasenju🙆🏼️♂. I bought the second bottle of Junjo, the strongest and cheapest sake I've ever tasted, in order to conquer all of the Masamune instruments! Junmai unfiltered, unpasteurized The melon scent spreads like wildfire from the moment it hits the palate! The bitterness is suppressed and the impression is clearer than in the mid-palate. The sweetness is also mild and you can feel the deep flavor. It holds up well with a wide range of foods! Even when paired with sashimi, the sake itself has a mild taste, so the aroma and flavor create a marriage 🤤.

Junmai Daiginjo New Sake Kudokigake 100% Yamada Nishiki Alcohol content 16 degrees The aroma is already high from the spout. The unique sweetness of Kudokigami comes forward. You can feel the strength of the alcohol, but it doesn't come down your throat. The taste is elegant and deep. It has a long lingering sweetness with a strong taste of rice. The bitterness is mild, so it will be well received by women. The bitterness is mild, so it will be well received by women.

Tedorikawa Origin Series hoshi 21% Yamada Nishiki for Koji rice 79% Gohyakumangoku for Kake rice The alcohol content is 16%. It is a Daiginjo sake. The sweetness and aroma is the charm of Tedorigawa ( ¨ ). Although it has a fresh and lush fruitiness The sweetness that lingers on the tongue is like honey 🤤 I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sure you'll agree that this is a very elegant wine. umami(*´ attitude `*)

I found it at Seijo Ishii🙄. Hyakumangoku no Shiro 100%. Rice polishing ratio 45%. Alcohol content 14%. The aroma is fruity and fresh. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the sweetness and aroma spread fluently! The sourness and bitterness are mild, and the sweetness has a long aftertaste. The acidity and bitterness are mild, and the sweetness lingers for a long time. It has a graceful taste that makes it more like an aperitif than a snack. Good!

Our first taste of our drink! Muscat, lychee type sweet and sour freshness on the tongue🤤. The sourness runs through the mouth and it's very fresh! It's also a bit like yogurt! If I had to describe this in one word, it would be "wind forest"! The tasting is a bit like an acid wine. YUM!

Then the glorious Fuji( ¨) Sweet! The end was clean and crisp, and the flavor was more alive and delicious cold than with cold sake 🤤. I have the impression that this kind of sweet sake tastes better when it's fresh and unpasteurized. I have the impression that it is refreshing and delicious.

This is a bottle from a very small brewery called Kunika Shuzo. After the first taste, the impression is dry. The aroma is truly chocolate. I could really understand the meaning of the chocolate tag I saw before🤣. The cocoa aroma/acidic taste and The dry sake, which literally means "+8", changes to a bitter flavor with temperature as time goes by ( ¨) This is truly a one-of-a-kind sake🙆🏼♂️.

Drinking at home \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback \fnDroid Sans Fallback So I'm also opening Nabeshima 🤤 It's much less sweet than the Junmai Ginjo 🙄. I thought Nabeshima was the epitome of sweetness, but this one is much more classic🤔. I've been drinking it as a midday sake, and it's a great marriage with sake-steamed mushrooms. It's a great marriage 🤤🤤🤤!
