The second bottle of Yukinokayasha Junmai Ginjo is a tasting of new sake( ¨) Polished rice 55%. 16% alcohol by volume This is a new sake from Yuki no Kayasha, a representative of Akita ( ¨¨). You can enjoy the change of taste when you roll it in the mouth with a mild ginjo aroma and light mouthfeel. The balance of sweetness and bitterness (astringency) is well balanced and goes away easily, which is the taste of Yukino Kayasha. It is a sake that is the border between modern and classic, where you can enjoy the light and fresh taste of new sake.

I've been saving my work IMPRESSION as a birthday gift. I opened it today ( *˙ *) It has the firm foam of Kaze no Mori Inspire, the fresh balance of sweetness and sourness, and the sharpness of the bitterness characteristic of Saku. Is this really sake? This is one of those bottles. I've been drinking it for a while now and I'm getting drunk.

Kamonishiki Cargo Card Sake Made with 80% Dewa Sanzu Alcohol content 15 degrees Rice polishing ratio 50%. Following the Omachi Yellow Water Fairy, I tasted the highly fragrant Dewa Sanzu. It's delicious! It has a high aroma and a fruity sweetness that gives it a very fruity feel. You can also taste the sake alcohol in the aftertaste. I'm sure you've heard of it, but I've never heard of it. It's a delicious sake that doesn't require any side dishes. (( °ω° ))/. :+

No information on the label at all😭. The first sip is...ah-mazing😳😳!!!! The fresh aroma and sourness of the unpasteurized sake follows you around. As you continue to drink it, the sourness becomes more and more pronounced. I'm not sure if it's the same as the Kameizumi Cell24 or something similar in terms of fruity ☺️. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure if this is a cheese or not. I thought Cheese munching (/◎ backslash) Kupi Ooohhhh \fnDroid Sans Fallback}Rare cheese cake! and the marriage with cheese was too strong 😭😭

Image is grapefruit! I bought this on the recommendation of 🤔... Grapefruit ( ˘-ω-˘ )? I opened it on the same day as the snowman, so it turned out to be a bit cloudy 😔I think I opened it on the wrong day...? I'm not sure what to make of it, but it's super mellow 😳 with great flavor and sweetness! I think it's more of a lychee type. It's a very addictive taste 🤤!

13% alcohol by volume Polishing ratio differs between Kake rice and Koji rice. 100% Yamada Nishiki from Domaine Sakura After the Akatombo, I pre-ordered the Snowman. From the moment you open the package, it's the most bubbly I've ever had😳! You may be distracted by the foaming, but the bitterness comes through in the aftertaste as well (¨)! The sharpness is superb! Mild when mixed! (*^ρ^*)

Directly pumped unpasteurized sake R2BY brewing No.13 Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 degrees This sake has less of a melon flavor than the regular Sakiyabi, and more of a carbonated gas flavor. The aroma is mild, but the taste is very strong! But it is difficult to describe what it tastes like ( ´-̫̥ -̥` ) The sourness is mild, the sweetness is mild, the bitterness is mild. Only the taste of the rice is there! Is it like that? You can drink it easily and it will not interfere with any meal. It is an excellent sake for eating. It's a delicious sake from Guemma!

Mr. Rico, good evening! Sakyami is delicious, isn't it? I have a bottle of gray label waiting in my fridge right now😋. I'm looking forward to opening it 🎶. By the way, when I stored the green bottle in the fridge after opening it, the stopper blew off 😱.

My first backlot million! Or rather, when I bought my Loman last week, I bought the back Loman with it, so we could compare back-to-back drinks! It's thicker and has a more complex sweetness than the Loman. It's a blend of various ingredients that the brewer thought was delicious. It has a bitter taste behind the sweetness. If you like the clean, clear taste of Roman, this may not be for you. As for the odd one out, it's round! My partner says he likes this one better🤔.

It has a sweet mouthfeel and the flavor of the rice spreads well. The bitterness unique to Fukushima yeast cuts through the sweetness, but the aftertaste is long ( ¨). Rice polishing ratio 55%. Gohyakumangoku is used for koji. Kake rice: Yume no ka and Himenomochi Alcohol content 15 degrees This is a bottle that you can enjoy with just the taste of sake.

It has a hint of gas and melon scent that only raw sake can have. The taste of the rice is firm and the aftertaste is tangy. 100% Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 14.5 Isn't it 14.5 degrees or 16 degrees? However, after the second day, it became rounder and the taste and sweetness became more pronounced, and the alcohol feeling disappeared. I prefer it after the second day.

100% Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing 45%. Alcohol content 16 degrees It is only shipped twice a year, and I happened to visit the Fukuda Shuzo in Nagasaki Prefecture on the day it arrived, and was able to purchase it. It is a Junmai Daiginjo that is as good as it gets. It's clear and free of miscellaneous flavors. It has a full-bodied ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is light. It has a strong scent despite being so light. The bitterness is also very sharp. It is a wonderful balance that can be used with any food. It's been 3 months since I registered the sake. It seems that my taste buds are beginning to understand the quality of this ( ¨¨ )

My companion got the few remaining "Akatombo", so we followed Kugata and drank it. The balance of fruitiness and acidity is mild, but the Senkou character is still there. It has the mellow mouthfeel of "Autumn". It is wonderful. It's wonderful that each of "Senko Hanabi", "Kabutomushi", and "Akatombo" has its own label and taste. I'm looking forward to conquering the season labels with this one.

I can't find the brand name! 100% Yume-no-Ka from Fukushima Prefecture Junmai Ginjo with 50% polished rice 16 degrees There is a hint of gas when it first opens. It has a soft sweetness and a melon-like ginjo aroma. It has a thick mouthfeel, but it flows smoothly and is crisp. It has a bitterness that cuts through the bitterness and is a great food sake. It is classified as light and dry, but the aroma is outstanding! It's delicious! Even those who don't like the bitterness of Fukushima yeast will be fine!

A sake whose brewery is located in a university. This bottle was recommended to me after I told them about its background and my taste preferences. Polished rice 55%. 16% alcohol When it is first opened, it has a slight sparkling sensation and a melon scent ( ¨¨). The bitterness is low and the aftertaste is a little long, but the sweetness and umami are a little milder than Kyubei and Saku, so it can be used as a food sake for now without choosing! It's juicy! It is a great bottle to savor slowly, rather than saying "juicy!

Aroma of melon! The taste is very close to that of Jyoshito Kuhei ( ¨). The sweetness and acidity are moderate, and the scent of melon goes through the nose. The bitterness comes quite early, so it's a good sake for a meal! This is a really bad cospa ( ¨ ). If you are a fan of Kyubei, you may be confused about the cospa. For about 1100 yen, this taste is awful!
