This was the third bottle at the Oarai Seaside Hotel. It has a bit of fruity flavor and is the closest to the sake I usually drink of the three I drank.

Honjozo Nama Sake with Unagi (eel) at Tsurumaiya. Sake-like and freshness coexist, and it goes well with eel. Local sake is the best!

Aizan 50, very limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake. A bottle from the Wadaya Hanpukai. The gas is strong, and when you open it, you can feel the lid fly off. It is dry but has a lot of flavor and is well balanced.
