山ちゃんI never thought I'd see the day when I could buy a Jikin Daiginjo ^_^.
My impression is that it's elegant and crisp, but it's too sharp and sharp to be like Jishin...
It's not a bad sake by any means, but the price is reasonable and the cost performance is not good.
I'd like to try the Junmai Daiginjo next time.
