My impression is that it's a rice wine 🤣.
I didn't like it because it's a little bit quirky, but as a sake, it's very highly rated! I can't believe it's a sake made on top of wine😳.
It's a great sake, but it's not the best sake. I've heard that if you let it sit for three days or more, it becomes more complex, so maybe I should have let it sit longer? (laughs)
