I've never seen Hakkaisan's Kijoshu before, and it's about a 2-gallon bottle, so I bought it.
On the first day I opened the bottle, it had a very muddy taste.
But on the second day, the sweetness came out, and on the third day, there was no miscellaneous taste at all ^_^.
After all, there are many noble brewed sake that become tasty as the day passes.
