It's done cold, but it's so beautiful and melon flavored. I thought it was too good, but it was a daiginjo. I have a preference for junmai or jungin, but I bought it immediately because of the brand name 😏.
I'm tasting a refreshing great water that makes me drunk if I drink too much. It is a ginjo, but it is almost odorless and tasteless in the mouth⁉️and after swallowing it, it tastes like fresh yogurt. I get drunk while exploring 😁.

Nagano is Chogen (Junmai Polishing ratio 91%❗️Yamae Nishiki). It is served hot with a view of the countryside where you can even smell the fragrance of the rice. Is it a savory nutty🥜 flavor while keeping the acidity?
