I'm tasting a refreshing great water that makes me drunk if I drink too much. It is a ginjo, but it is almost odorless and tasteless in the mouth⁉️and after swallowing it, it tastes like fresh yogurt. I get drunk while exploring 😁.
Purchased on the recommendation of the owner.
Nagano is Chogen (Junmai Polishing ratio 91%❗️Yamae Nishiki). It is served hot with a view of the countryside where you can even smell the fragrance of the rice. Is it a savory nutty🥜 flavor while keeping the acidity?
In any case, it's a stiff JAPAN 👍.
Back from jogging, I had a glass of Oyama Jyusui warmed up to lukewarm 😁.
It is a total absorption from all of my taste buds.
Even the sweetness and umami of the rice behind the slight astringency I am feeling 👍.
Freshly cooked rice with "Yamagata Haenuki" fluffy rice 😁 delicious ❗️.
The fruity word does not do justice to the deliciousness of the rice 😁.
Yamadaho, the mother of Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture❗️Motherly deliciousness👍️.
Machida Sake Brewery is a stable brewer. It is already old-fashioned to say that it is a sake for women's tastes⁉️It is established as a standard sake👍
When I poured it into a glass, I was impressed that such crystal-colored sake existed❗️. When I looked it up, I found out that it is brewed with melted snow water⁉️It reminds me of the time when I was eating snow in Akita where I spent my childhood👍
This is the first crop, Jungin Yamada.
It has the rice sweetness of Yamadanishiki and the ginjo aroma of pear or melon. It also has a sharpness. Mie is still good.
Tottori, Chiyomusubi.
The rice is strong, 50% polished rice, and the sake is unfiltered. I can't believe it's 50% polished, it's a very strong sake. I would like to taste it after a few days 😁.
The wrinkled label is a Shikoku mountain range of Japan's central fault line❗️I was attracted by the label and the special junmai, but Shikoku is also nice...4 countries, each with totally different tastes👍.
The taste of rice flavor is also very good, coming out of the rather half-way figure of 15.5°...👌👌!
Takanobu Arakawa Toji Series. It is dry but has a rich rice flavor and sweetness, and the low alcohol content of 14 degrees allows it to be enjoyed with gusto.
