Hyogo Ryuriki. Not Yamadanishiki but Gohyakumangoku❗️ Muscat with a sharp taste. It has a great sweetness because it is Gohyakumangoku 👌. You can drink it with a big gulp.

I got it thanks to the kindness of my colleagues 🙇♂️. I am grateful to be able to enjoy the strongest level of Zero in December❗️ Almost almost white wine⁉️ I didn't know you could do this with edible rice 🙇️. I will take it very seriously. There are many good sake, but this is a sake that you can taste all the time in your mouth and it's too good to swallow 🙇️.

At Takashimaya on the way home yesterday. Bought it at 1,500 yen cosmetically. After jogging, I first sipped it with a hot sake, and it was clear once I drank it ❗️I felt it from the label, but it is a gem quite close to Yamagata's Yamaboshi 😀. Cold: Junmai sake with a very clear taste. The raw yeast yeast structure is a characteristic explosion at soma 👍.

Nama yeast, special junmai jackpot 🎯. It's from Nagano, so you can buy it with confidence👍. Gentle on the palate. Muscat aroma. A little bitterness (I'm glad 😆) and excellent sharpness❗️. It has a sense of ⁉️ that no one can not like it. Nagano is strong❗️

Ebina is Izumibashi. You can taste the complex umami unique to the sake's nama yeast yeast with a light feeling. When heated up, the acidity rises and it turns into a great sake. It is a fun sake👍.

Shiga is the Furo Izumi. Finally meet 🙇♂️. I'm trying it cold. It's dry with a nice bitterness first, then the grape 🍇 goes right in 👍. Where is the rice? It was a sake specialized in fruity.

It's done cold, but it's so beautiful and melon flavored. I thought it was too good, but it was a daiginjo. I have a preference for junmai or jungin, but I bought it immediately because of the brand name 😏.
