Oita is Ryubai. Complex flavor reminiscent of sake yeast. ❗️
The brewer's recommendation to "smell the aroma" is a good one.
and it is a special junmai sake with a ginjo aroma⁉️ that wafts to your lips when you take a sip.
It is a high alcohol content (17%) because it is a draft sake, but the fruity taste makes it easy to drink. It is a dark fruity sake, followed by a strong alcohol taste.
It is truly a poisoned apple.
Shiga is Kirakucho Autumn Agari. It is made from Shiga Watabune, a revived rice. It is the father of Yamada-Nishiki, and you can feel the unkempt rice flavor. The umami spreads further when heated.
Shiga is Doukan. It seems that the brewery is owned by a person related to Ota Doukan, who built Edo Castle. I like to buy it at Yokohama Takashimaya and enjoy it.
Yamagata is Shiroro Taruzumu Hiyoroshi.
It's a 70% polished 18% sake. It has a sweet and sharp taste! The cost is a devilishly low price in the 1,400 yen range. Highly recommended!
