This Sake has a good balance of sweetness and dryness. There is a full mouth feel and is cotton candy sweet. I like that the dryness of this Sake is not too strong. This Sake did win a Grand Gold Medal for the Fine Sake Awards Japan 2023.

This Sake has a beautiful floral scent with flavor to match. Soft flavor of muscat and a hint of banana. A medium gentle mouth feel with a clean finish. Very elegant and consistent with other Sake from this brewery.👍😃

This Sake is dry and sweet. It has a full mouth feel and a clean finish. There is woody flavor and it is slightly acidic. A very good Junmai with a full but not overpowering flavor. I had this with a pork shabushabu dinner and it paired well.

This Sake is wonderfully sweet and clean. It has a full juicy mouth feel and a very clean finish. Mellow yet bursting with flavor. Sweet like a nectarine and the acidity washes away the sweetness for a very clean finish. This Sake has won many awards.

This Sake is dry. At the beginning there is a sweetness which is followed by a good dryness. The mouth feel is full and smooth. The flavor is woody with some cedar. I can't stop tasting this ... 😋

This Sake is dry. There is a medium mouth feel and it is soft. The flavor is woody and there is some spice. The finish is long and dry. I drank this cold. There is more sweetness at room temperature.

This sake has a fruity aroma. The flavor is sweet and has a dryness in my throat. There is an excellent balance between the sweetness and dryness. The flavor reminds me of cantaloupe and some banana.

Apologies for not having a photo of the front label. This Sake has a spicy profile and is effervescent. There is the flavor of melon and a full mouth feel. The finish is very clean. This Sake is very elegant and sofisticated. I am lucky to be able to drink this Sake.

This Sake is a sweet and clean tasting daiginjo. The mouth feel is medium and soft. There is a fruity flavor of peach and strawberry. The finish has a little bit of dryness but is sweet and long for me. This won IWC Silver in 2022.

This Sake is sweet with a slightly dry finish. It has a big, round, full mouth feel. Flavors of ripe apple and cantaloupe. This Sake holds it's flavor well from chilled to room temperature.
