This Sake is light and full of effervescence. The cap flew off when peeling off the cover. 😮 The mouth feel is light and full of micro bubble effervescence. It has a very short clean taste and finish. There are earthy flavors of pear and peach but it does not last long. I need to keep drinking to confirm the taste. 🤪 I'm glad to drink this Sake to bring in the New Year! 🎍🎇 明けましておめでとうございます！ Wishing everyone at Sake no Wa a Happy New Year!

This Sake is crisp and light. It has a good bit of dryness and a floral aroma. It has sweetness and a light flavor of green apple. The finish is short and clean. Very nice! 😃

This Sake has a syrupy mouth feel. There is a strong umami flavor with apple and a hint of wood. The acidity is high and finish is long and refreshing. The combination of sensations are new to me and makes this Sake interesting and fun to drink.

This Sake is mellow with a full mouth feel. It is slightly acidic which gives it a mild bitter taste. There is also a subtle sweetness which quickly clears for a clean finish.

This Sake is light and slightly dry. After the closing of Koyama Shuzo in 2018, Koyama Honke Shuzo brought back this Tokyo Zakari in 2020. This Sake is mild and easy to drink. There is a light sweetness and a short dry after taste. Is this the flavor of the Heisei era?

This Sake is smooth and light. It is sugary sweet but not over powering. There is a slight dryness at the finish. The finish is long. Nice and refreshing.

This Sake has a good balance of sweetness and dryness. There is a full mouth feel and is cotton candy sweet. I like that the dryness of this Sake is not too strong. This Sake did win a Grand Gold Medal for the Fine Sake Awards Japan 2023.

This Sake has a beautiful floral scent with flavor to match. Soft flavor of muscat and a hint of banana. A medium gentle mouth feel with a clean finish. Very elegant and consistent with other Sake from this brewery.👍😃

This Sake is dry and sweet. It has a full mouth feel and a clean finish. There is woody flavor and it is slightly acidic. A very good Junmai with a full but not overpowering flavor. I had this with a pork shabushabu dinner and it paired well.

This Sake is mild and light. There is a light flavor of muscat. The acidity is light and makes this Sake refreshing. The mouth feel is also light. I enjoy this refreshing Sake.

This Sake is wonderfully sweet and clean. It has a full juicy mouth feel and a very clean finish. Mellow yet bursting with flavor. Sweet like a nectarine and the acidity washes away the sweetness for a very clean finish. This Sake has won many awards.

This Sake is dry. At the beginning there is a sweetness which is followed by a good dryness. The mouth feel is full and smooth. The flavor is woody with some cedar. I can't stop tasting this ... 😋

This Sake is bright and full of flavor. The mouth feel is full and the finish is clean. There is a sweet flavor of cotton candy, ramune and a little apple. The light acidity dances on my tongue.

This Sake is dry. There is a medium mouth feel and it is soft. The flavor is woody and there is some spice. The finish is long and dry. I drank this cold. There is more sweetness at room temperature.

This sake has a fruity aroma. The flavor is sweet and has a dryness in my throat. There is an excellent balance between the sweetness and dryness. The flavor reminds me of cantaloupe and some banana.

Apologies for not having a photo of the front label. This Sake has a spicy profile and is effervescent. There is the flavor of melon and a full mouth feel. The finish is very clean. This Sake is very elegant and sofisticated. I am lucky to be able to drink this Sake.

This Sake is a sweet and clean tasting daiginjo. The mouth feel is medium and soft. There is a fruity flavor of peach and strawberry. The finish has a little bit of dryness but is sweet and long for me. This won IWC Silver in 2022.

This Sake is fruity sweet. There are flavors of melon and orange. The mouth feel is medium. It does not have much acidity but the finish is clean.
