I'm revisiting this Sake because the Sake store I go to did not have anything new. I do enjoy the juicy mouth feel and the light finish. The ripe apple flavor is refreshing and tasty.

This Sake is mellow and well rounded. Not too sweet, not too dry, 'just right' ... for my taste. A gentle sweetness of melon with hints of strawberry and apple. This is lovely! ๐ฅฐ
I can understand why this is number 1 in Iwate.
