Thanks for your comment. Jigyo is truly the god of balance. Everything is perfect, but the best thing about Jikin is the nigori. It is most delicious to drink the supernatant without shaking it. My wife and I will luxuriously enjoy the bottle of Jikin we won in the lottery.

☆☆☆☆☆ I scored it 98 points on my own. Toyo Bijin Ichiban Cloth You should buy it when you see it! It's a sake that will soak into your body. Toyo Bijin No matter what you drink, there is no doubt that this is a brewery of the highest rank. Ichiban Sake Is it close to the best among them? Anyway, it is delicious! Ordinary Toyo Bijin can't go this far, but Ichibancho is on a par with Jikin and Jyushiyo. It is comparable to the No. 6X level of Shinmasa Sake Brewery. The aroma is restrained and subtle, but you can enjoy it with a sense of elegance.

☆☆☆☆ 84 points scored on its own Etsukaijin It's my first time, but it's delicious for the price. Considering the cost performance I would give it a score of 84. I guess. It has a nice sharp aftertaste. The aroma is a moderate ginjo aroma. As it is mentioned that Kogoro Katsura and Shinsaku Takasugi went into hiding, it might be good when talking about history and politics.

Stars I took the liberty of scoring it 62 points. Unfortunately, it was not my type. I don't know about you, but I think it's risky to recommend a bottle of sake. It has a unique taste, like that of old sake, like burnt sake that has been stored improperly. I don't know if this is due to the liquor store's management, or the carrier's poor storage despite the cool delivery, or the brewery that produces the unique taste.... It is delicious when mixed with sake that has a strong acidity. I don't know if it was kept in a cool store or if it was stored in a cool store that produces a unique flavor... but it is good when mixed with sake that has a strong acidity. This is a good way to enjoy sake that you don't like. This is the kind of collaboration that can only be done at home. It's a forbidden move, but I thought it's not a no-brainer. No? ☆☆☆☆☆☆ I took the liberty of scoring it 110 points. Of all the drinks I've ever had, this was the best. And since it was a reunion with friends, the atmosphere made it the best by far. The aroma, sharpness, aftertaste, and umami are all perfect, and you can't help but sigh the moment you drink it. It is a sake that makes you want to try it again someday. It's just a shame that it's not a sake that you can drink as a reward if you don't work hard when you encounter it. Someday again.

Stars I scored it 72 points. It has a nice aftertaste and a refined aroma without being overpowering. It is not unique. On the back of the bottle, it says that you can also enjoy the taste change after opening the bottle, and I will add it later. Will it really have punch? Postscript Oh! There is no lie in the description. 4 days after opening the bottle, it changed drastically. ☆☆☆☆ I took the liberty of scoring it 82 points. Shinsei's, closer to the Color Series! The acidity, sharpness, and aroma are now very well balanced.

It is so delicious, it comes and goes in a whisper, and before you know it, you can finish a 4-goupe bottle all by yourself. When you polish it this much, the uniqueness of Kaze no Mori and Akitsuho disappears, but it retains a good balance of umami and cleanliness, and yet it is like a fresh breeze blowing. Like the wind blowing in the forest. It is a sake that embodies Kaze no Mori. It is a top-class sake. I have taken the liberty of giving it a score of 97 points.

☆☆☆☆ Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 807 Test brewing (2) 100% Akitsuho Rice polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content 17 This series maximizes rich and complex flavors by utilizing the energy of the earth in the fermentation process without polishing the rice too much. As I said, it was delicious the last time, and it was delicious here as well. The first day after opening the bottle, it was very hard and strong, but the deepest part of it was a shining flavor mask. The second and third days, the hardness lessened, and the sake became unbelievably delicious. I felt that the 80% rice polishing ratio was the only reason for the remaining flavor. Aburacho Brewery does not make cheap sake for the price. I think it is one of the best sake breweries in Japan, where such a delicious sake can be purchased at such a low price. I scored it 83 points on my own.
