I personally remember that the Yamadanishiki SNOW CRESCENT was better than the Yamadanishiki SNOW CRESCENT, but when I hear that Koei-Kiku started from here, I feel that it is even better. I can't say for sure since I haven't compared them, but there is no doubt that both are delicious. It is a well-balanced, penetrating sake with a rich sweetness of rice. It disappears like snow and seeps into your body. At that time, you are already a captive of Koei-Kiku. I scored it 86 points on my own.

We opened the bottle on the day it finally entered its 40th year. It is a beautiful sake with a refined aroma and taste. I took the liberty of scoring it 90 points. Sparkling with a carbonation maker without permission! The ultimate in luxury! It's my birthday, so please forgive me (laughs). The aroma was spectacular, but by splashing it, the cleanliness disappeared 💧. Take into account the thoughts of the maker and drink the luxury sake as it is.

However, after opening the bottle, the sake runs very fast. On the second day, it was a completely different sake. I am sure it was not stored badly, but... it completely died on the fourth day. It tastes bad. And quite bad. Scoring on its own First day 85 points 70 on the second day 40 points on the fourth day I recommend that you open the bottle as soon as possible after opening it. It is a draft sake, but since it was dead, I tried heating it up. Oh! It came back to life! I guess sometimes sake with its own power can come back to life by heating it up when it dies (lol)!
