After all, Kanchiku has a wonderful sense of stability. This one is lightly nigori, and it doesn't have the oily taste that nigori tends to have, and it's just like a fruity juice. You can finish it in no time at all.

My hometown is Yuwa in Akita, and this sake is brewed by Yuki no Kayasha using rice grown there. It seems to have been sold only at a shop called "Banafishop", which is not far from my parents' house. It tastes like a basic Junmai Ginjo with a clean yet moderate thickness that is easy to match with meals. They also have Junmai Yuwa made a long time ago, Shinsei, this time Jun Gin Shimokurose, Yuki no Kayasha, and I hear they have plans for the next one, so I'm looking forward to it!

Shiragiku-chan you want to drink at least once a year. If you want to enjoy the weight and taste of unfiltered raw, this is the bottle for you. I was very impressed by the cloudy Shiragiku that I happened to drink at a sake bar in Kanazawa before, and this is the closest, but I would like to meet the real one again.

It's been a while since I've posted, but I've found some very good drinks. It was my first time drinking Kiku no Tsukasa, and it was very light and lightly effervescent. It was an airy sake that I could drink on its own all the time. I was impressed because I haven't had a sake with such a clear feeling in a while. And when you drink it with rice, you can feel the elegant sweetness from deep within...😍. I'm going to try the other ones again.

Glorious Fuji is hard to beat with the Spring Platinum and this Darkness Autumn Water, but both are by far the most delicious. Platinum makes you want to gulp it down and Darkness makes you want to drink it all the time. The sweetness characteristic of Eiko Fuji is characteristic.

A bright label that's going to match the new year through fall! If I had to describe the taste in one word, it would be spicy, not spicy, but a little bit spicy. It's not spicy, but it's a little spicy. I was defensive, but from there it's not so assertive and very easy to drink. This year I drank a bit of Motifukuru, and I got the impression that this is a brewery where the light taste, in a good way, makes it easy to drink and match with food.

I had a preconceived notion that Zao was a more solid sake, but this stylish label! The taste is light. The aroma that escapes to the nose at the end is soft and gentle.

This is the third in the OCEAN99 series. This year I was able to properly conquer the trilogy. Looking back on the trilogy. The Sea of Stars is an interesting source of sourness Nice and refreshing! Kukai, where you can drink softly in And the last thing I want to do is to drink it all in peace. It was like that. It was a series that made me think that it was designed for the season in terms of story. However, I feel that the freshness of the petite sensation is essential to the greatness of Kangiku, and the fact that it was spoiled by the fire-roasting makes it difficult to think of it as a single product. Also, it's time for a new brew! So I'm selfishly looking forward to more limited sake information in the future ✨

This is the second assemblage of this year's wine, following Sentry, and this one is a mixture of Miyamanishiki, Omachi and Yamadanishiki. The taste is what I personally wanted from Tsumaya, refreshing and dry, with an aroma that rises up afterwards. The aroma becomes stronger in the second half as the temperature changes, but I liked the first sip when it was coldest. I liked the first sip when it was coldest. It's good to drink it in small batches.

We couldn't travel far in the summer, so we took a drive and bought it at a Saibok ham shop 💡. We were thinking of driving to the Igarashi Sake Brewery in Hanno, but we stopped by the Saibok Ham factory earlier and saw that they were selling their original product, so we didn't have to go to the brewery. It tasted very dry and easy to drink. It wasn't heavy, but not too light either, and it was the kind of sake that doesn't seem to have much weight. The aroma of something wafted through me for a moment, and I thought about how it could be compared to something else, but I couldn't find anything, so I just enjoyed the sake.

I've always thought of summer sake as being low in alcohol and easy to guzzle, but this OCEAN99 is a great example. Not so for the first time, but it's very sweet on the palate and comes in very gently, without any unwanted stimulation. It's like. It doesn't have any sourness or fizziness. I thought this kind of summer sake was also good in the sense that it is very drinkable. As an aperitif, it's not so much about enjoying the marriage as it is about enjoying the original flavor of the meal without interfering with it. It's like having fun.

This is one of the 20th anniversary distribution bottles for the winter months, and the label is really beautiful. I'd love to see it released again next year. It tastes like a refreshing, low-alcohol summer sake. It tastes like Wilkinson's Tansun, but with a bitterness to it. It's a little bit fizzy, so it's not as good as it should be.

It was a big-boned, dry, strong drink that I hadn't had in a while. It has a slightly high alcohol content of 18. It's my own image, but I have the impression that many of the drinks in Saitama are dry like this one. The taste softened as I continued to drink it, so maybe the temperature range shouldn't be too cold.

寒菊 OCEAN99 星海-White Edition- 去年も同じのを飲んで、その時は酸味だけが目立って飲みにくい印象だったのが、入口の酸味は同じ感じでも今年のは少し後味が苦味で締まってとても飲みやすく美味しくなったように感じました。 (たまたまかもですが…) ラベルにも書いているレモンやグレープフルーツの雰囲気です。焼肉と合わせて良い感じのバランスで楽しめました。

飲んだ瞬間の酸味とほんのりした発泡感。クセの無い飲み口、飲んだ後に残る柔らかい苦味。大人のレモンスカッシュと評されるこのお酒で毎年夏の始まりを感じます。
