My hometown is Yuwa in Akita, and this sake is brewed by Yuki no Kayasha using rice grown there.
It seems to have been sold only at a shop called "Banafishop", which is not far from my parents' house.
It tastes like a basic Junmai Ginjo with a clean yet moderate thickness that is easy to match with meals.
They also have Junmai Yuwa made a long time ago, Shinsei, this time Jun Gin Shimokurose, Yuki no Kayasha, and I hear they have plans for the next one, so I'm looking forward to it!
