A bright label that's going to match the new year through fall!
If I had to describe the taste in one word, it would be spicy, not spicy, but a little bit spicy.
It's not spicy, but it's a little spicy. I was defensive, but from there it's not so assertive and very easy to drink.
This year I drank a bit of Motifukuru, and I got the impression that this is a brewery where the light taste, in a good way, makes it easy to drink and match with food.
