This is the second assemblage of this year's wine, following Sentry, and this one is a mixture of Miyamanishiki, Omachi and Yamadanishiki.
The taste is what I personally wanted from Tsumaya, refreshing and dry, with an aroma that rises up afterwards.
The aroma becomes stronger in the second half as the temperature changes, but I liked the first sip when it was coldest. I liked the first sip when it was coldest. It's good to drink it in small batches.
