It is so crisp that it is hard to believe it is a daiginjo-shu, and is suitable for a mid-meal drink.
It would be a great sake to drink while eating bonito in Kochi.

This is a sake from a brewery that has just reopened. I was expecting Fukushima's sake to be sweet and unpasteurized, but it was surprisingly refreshing and great for sipping.
