Yamazaki Goushi Company, a brewery in Oku, and a liquor store in Nagoya A collaboration sake from Shusen-do Hakuichi. *For some reason, the search was Yamazaki. Shuwashuwa fresh sake. With Muji's hot pot. I had it with "alone". Not too sweet and delicious.

The rice is polished to 80%! From the master of my favorite restaurant A birthday present from the master of my favorite restaurant. Happy birthday to me. I turned 53 years old today.
