It has a green apple-like flavor with no habits 😊. A side note... On the way to the new Sono Kangiku beer bar near Chiba station, we stopped by Iinuma Honke. The historical appearance was overwhelming😊They had a lot of Koshi goods for sale, so I bought a t-shirt, a bag, and a boar's mouth 😊There was also a restaurant attached, but I didn't have enough time or room in my stomach to eat, so I'll go there next time. I had a bowl of udon noodles at a coffee shop and it was delicious 🫡. TAP ROOM 99" beer bar with a Kangiku draft beer server opened at Chiba station. You can drink pilsner and pale ale which are not available on the market 😊The premium all-you-can-drink menu includes a variety of Kangiku beers, sakekasu smoothies and Matsuo's famous draft server 😊. And the important thing: ‼️ You have to drink Matsuo's pride 😊it's fresh and crispy 😊. It's important, so I'll say it one more time: ‼️ Matsuo boast is definitely worth going for a drink😊.

🐮🐮🐮🐮🐮 Sawaya Sake Shop 1800/ Junmai Ginjo 15%. Nipponbare & Yamadanishiki from Yamaguchi 55% 2024.10 Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.5 Aromatic sake made with Akita Imano No. 25 yeast. It was supposed to be dry but it is easy to drink with low acidity and bitterness 😊. The sweetness started to bloom after about 3 days from the opening of the bottle and I started to like it 😊Moah 🐮.

🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥 Iinoya, a hall of fame sake 750/5500 yen Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-Shu sparkling 16-17%. Aizan 45% 2024.10.25 The 1st lot of this pure version 😊. I can't stand the gentle sweetness like Aizan and the fizzy carbonation 😊I wonder if the fire-aged version will be released next. It's so good that I'm going to buy it when it comes out 😋. I was wondering if I would be too late to buy it, but the last lot was sold at Iinoya 😊Lucky ✌️

Yajima Sake Brewery 1800/3960 yen Junmai Daiginjo bottle heated to 15-16 degrees Gohyakumangoku 40% from Mita district, Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan 2024.09.30 I wondered if this bottle was PB, but it wasn't PB😱. It was chilled aged for 3 years, and the hardness of Ihyakumangoku, or the pungent stimulation on the tongue, is matched with the mild and sweet flavor of 3hyakumangoku after 3 years of aging 😊It was a strange sake 🍶.

This Kamerei has been in the bottle for more than a year. Even though it has been in the bottle for more than a year, it has not lost its juiciness. Rather, the juiciness remained the same, but the sweetness like Wasanbon was doubled 😊. As expected 😊.

Aizan from Hyogo 40% 2023.12 Sake degree -7, Acidity 1.6, Amino acidity 0.7 Lot.No300/800 Changed to one bottle of Aizan this time😊. After the pressure of yesterday's work, I have Kangiku San as a proof of my trust 😊. I could think of doing my best again from tomorrow. I'm still greedily looking for more wins ✨.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 720/gift Daiginjo 17%. Kake rice/Yamaguchi Prefecture Saiginoshizuku(75%):40 Koji rice/Yamadanishiki(25%):40 2924.07 Gold medal winner at the National New Sake Competition🥇. I had a happy occasion at work today, so I decided to drink this sake on a special occasion 😊. The ginjo aroma was so pleasant that I thought I was in a peach orchard 😊. The alcohol content is high but the sweetness and acidity of the Saito no Shizuku makes it go down my throat smoothly 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yajima Sake Shop 750/ ORIGARUMI NAMAZAKE 13 deg. Iwate Ginga 50% 2024.09 Not too dry. As it twirled on its lees, making you think it was muscat-like, it became more sweet and sour like a mandarin milk agar 😊. The stars shining in the autumn night sky were beautiful. After it rains, the air is so clear and great 😀.
