Kirinzan Yukinoshita Kirinzan brewed in Aga Town, Niigata Prefecture This is a crisp, light and refreshing bottle that is typical of Niigata. Just as it says on the back label. I've tried it cold and warmed, and I recommend heating it up! It is soft and the sweetness that comes first stands out. The crisp cold sake is hard to ignore, but the warmed sake is the best. Please give it a try.

satsuki azalea (Rhododendron indicum) Satsu" which I couldn't drink last year. Beautiful green label, stands out well! Winner of the highest award at last year's All-American Sake Appreciation Society. Satsu Romain. Please try it. There may be some left somewhere. Tastes great! Sweet and juicy. It has a good balance of flavors. I think it goes with everything in a food wine.

Toyobai No.6 This is delicious! I tried Toyobai for the first time. The specs are said to be special junmai, but it seems to be higher than that. It seems to be a special junmai, but it seems to have a higher spec than that. Sweetness, bitterness, and acidity are all good. It is a bottle using Association No. 6 yeast isolated from Niimasa. This bottle uses Association No. 6 yeast isolated from Shinsei.

Aizu Ryugasawa 100% Aizu Yumeko This is delicious! Sweet and juicy. The aroma is gorgeous and the sweetness of the rice can be felt well. The sweetness and deliciousness build up to a soft bitterness at the end! Sweet like pineapple and apple. Fukushima sake is the best 🍶.

Hanahyori Miyamanishiki It is the best fruity and gorgeous. The bitterness after the fragrance of Miyamanishiki is unpleasant at first, but if you keep drinking it, it becomes addictive! Opened today after 2 months in the fridge. I would like to drink it from time to time in the future. LOL! Also good with dessert!

Collage Junmai Unfiltered Nama Compared to Miyazumi's Junmai Unfiltered Nama. It has a beautiful, sweet and bitter taste. The aroma and atmosphere are similar. The difference between the two is that the Collage is unfiltered and raw. It is sweeter, with a slight bitterness, and is cleaner and more refined than Miyazumi. Personally, I prefer Miyazumi. This unfiltered draft was superior to the Collage. I am looking forward to the next one.

Miyazumi Junmai Unfiltered Nama This time we compared it with Sharaku's unfiltered draft. I think the aroma and cleanliness are similar. The taste is different. Miyazumi has more rice aroma than Sharaku. The bitterness is firm. Sharaku is good, but Miyazumi is also good. I would like to continue drinking it.
