Toyobai No.6 This is delicious! I tried Toyobai for the first time. The specs are said to be special junmai, but it seems to be higher than that. It seems to be a special junmai, but it seems to have a higher spec than that. Sweetness, bitterness, and acidity are all good. It is a bottle using Association No. 6 yeast isolated from Niimasa. This bottle uses Association No. 6 yeast isolated from Shinsei.
