　BBQ at my parents' house. looking for a sake that goes well with meat, I chose Kaze no Mori no Omachi. It wasn't as fizzy as I expected, but it was a tasty and punchy one, and went well with the BBQ meat.

　Toyo Bijin after a long time. Yamada-Nishiki has a muscat-like image. This sake is fruity and full of flavor. We had this with fresh fish. It is delicious.

　This was my first time purchasing sake at a liquor store. There were other local sake available, but I chose Tenju, which I had drunk before. It was just as I remembered it to be, a delicious sake with a strong umami flavor. It was perfect with fresh root fish sashimi.

　Sake Future Hanamup. I wonder if Jyushiyo tastes like this. I don't know because I've never had it before (^_^; ). 　But every Hana Yuu is delicious.

　Junmai Ginjo Beppin DEWA33 Nama Sake It's been a while since I bought a jacket. But I saw DEWA33 on the label, so I bought it without hesitation, thinking that there must be no mistake. The aroma is not that strong, and the flavor spreads quickly after the first sip. The last taste is sour and pungent. I will enjoy it with smoked fish.

　I missed out on buying it last year, so I bought it early this year. Since the first time I drank this sake, I was impressed by the punchy and robust flavor of Omachi. 　After taking a sip, you feel a chill in the back of your mouth, and then the umami spreads. It is delicious.

　First Mimuro cedar. A refreshing taste in the mouth. You can immediately feel the acidity and taste the umami at the back of the mouth. It has a citrusy, fruity taste. It is delicious. It tastes a little different from any other sake I have ever had.

　I had seen it several times before, but this was my first purchase, attracted by the "Shiboritate Nama Shu" (freshly squeezed sake). It has a refreshing mouthfeel. The taste is delicious, and it is immediately delicious. It is delicious. Well-balanced sake that you can keep drinking. 　Personally, I would prefer it if it was a little more fruity or umami juicy. 　Hanayu Rikuwada, which I was shocked to receive last year. Last time it was fire-roasted, but this time it is fresh. 　It is very tasty. It is just delicious. 　The raw one is a little fresher. The fire-roasted one tastes more astringent, though you can feel the chirpiness. Personally, I prefer the fire-roasted one, but both of them are very tasty. I would love to try the other one.

And I have never tasted anything like it. 　Is it a little spicy? I personally prefer a little more sweetness, but this is delicious. 　This is a big sambudo that I got on the Kumamoto expedition. After opening the package, the crown suddenly flew off. When I poured it, it was very carbonated. The taste is a little sour before the umami and sweetness come in. You can really feel the fine fizz. It is delicious.

　A sake brewery event in a neighboring town, "Touring Kura". This was my first time attending a sake brewery event. We had a dry draft sake and a barrel sake. It was crisp and tasty. It was delicious with homemade smoked sake.
