It's fruity and not that thick.
It's not hard to drink, though.
It's not hard to drink, but it's the kind of sake that people who like sake would like.
This is a sake I received at New Year's.
I chilled it and served it with pickled salmon and salmon roe.
It was a sake with a strong flavor.
This year, I'd like to drink sake from regions I've never been to.
I bought this because I enjoyed Daishichi so much, and I thought it would be better if I could feel the taste of Daishichi more if it was Ikkan, which I like.
It has a strong taste when you drink it, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
I think I really like the firmness of it.
The price was very reasonable and I would buy it again if I could find it.
Shinsei is famous but I had never had it before.
It was sweet, easy to drink and fresh!
Just a note.
PS
I learned from your post that type is different from S and R...
I'll study it.
Gift series No.2
This sake has a faint yellowish color.
It is quite refreshing, dry and has a solid taste.
The aroma is fresh, just like nama-shu.
I'm going to start drinking it now.
It is a stable Fukuju.
I thought Fukuju was rather mellow, but it was quite dry taste.
I forgot the taste because I drank it a while ago...
I'll try to write about it when I drink it next time...
Hiyaoroshi because it's autumn
Hiyaoroshi is said to have a mild aroma, but the aroma itself is not that strong, but it is strong!
The taste is clean and sweet at first when you drink it, but after that it's crisp and delicious!
Since I can't go on a trip, I'm going to enjoy the sake near my house!
Kitamura Sake Brewery, where we had a bottle of Zendooni once!
The best recommendation seems to be Zendooni, but I was told to try this next, so I went with the recommendation.
This time they are using Yamadanishiki, so it has a sweetness
But it is still a very solid drink.
Although it has a firm mouthfeel, it doesn't linger too long, and you can drink it quickly.
It was so good that I could drink it by itself...
It's been a while. It's been a long time since I've had any sake worthy of posting!
Sake level -19!
It's so sweet! But it's not only sweet, it's also refreshing.
You may or may not like it, but I thought it had sweetness, then sourness, then a sweet aftertaste.... The sourness in the middle is also my favorite.
If you just like sweet, you might like Dainagawa better!
