The best recommendation seems to be Zendooni, but I was told to try this next, so I went with the recommendation.
This time they are using Yamadanishiki, so it has a sweetness
But it is still a very solid drink.
Although it has a firm mouthfeel, it doesn't linger too long, and you can drink it quickly.
It was so good that I could drink it by itself...
