What is it, there is a strange bitter taste. Astringency? Disgusting bitterness, like the white inside of a grapefruit peel. If it weren't for that, it would be the usual fruity Glorious Fuji.

Overwhelming. The aroma is gorgeous, the texture is smooth, it's fruity but not too floral, and it has a nice sharpness so you won't get tired of drinking it. It goes well with both meat and fish. It can also eliminate the smell. It is a sake like Aina Ashida.
