A little bit of aroma. As soon as I thought the taste was going to be a juicy taste of pina-po on the palate, it kicks in firmly with bitterness. The gasiness was also very good.
This was my first time having an old sake. I thought it would be more gusty, but the first attack came with a beautiful sweetness. When I wasn't paying attention, the umami hit me with a powerful punch. So this is old sake...
It has a mild banana aroma. Sweet and sour in the mouth like a gorgeous muscat, juicy even though it's only been cooked once! The bitterness at the end will make you mad. Delicious!
Smells like white peaches, with a fruity, gentle sweetness on the palate. There is a sense of gas and it sputters off nicely at the end. It's really beautiful. It's the age of the turtle. It's good.
Orange? There is a citrus aroma. It has a gasiness and sweetness like grapefruit, followed by a sharp acidity. It finishes with a slight bitterness. It's the kind of drink you can easily go for. This is my favorite. I like this one.
It has a citrusy aroma. A little bit of gas, sweet and sour, like grapefruit! This is a very go-to one because it cuts cleanly with the acidity in the second half! Too good.
