I've been looking for a bottle of my favorite Hououmida wine cellar sparkling sake for so long that I finally got it 🩵. I looked it up and found out that it is a sparkling sake made with wine yeast from a French winery that is a friend of the brewery, and that it is made through secondary fermentation in the bottle. I really like sake with wine yeast! The acidity after the sweetness is too delicious to drink too much 🍶 It's too elegant! It's gorgeous, apple, muscat, lychee? I love the fruitiness of the apple, muscat, lychee, etc. 💓. It was refreshing with a slight fizziness? It was also refreshing. I'd love to drink it again...make it...I'll be waiting in anticipation.

Microcarbonation? It's definitely not micro carbonated. It's pretty carbonated! I've never had sparkling sake before, but it's really good 🤤! It's a cloudy sake with sedimentation on the lees, which is exciting from the stirring stage 💕 I know it said to be careful of spills, but I was more careful opening it than I thought I would be lol. It's sweet but refreshing and I can drink as many glasses as I want! I love how easy it is to drink! I forgot to take a picture and it was half full 🤤.

I picked it again because of the packaging. The classy label really stuck out🥰. I'm also a fan of Kijoshu, so I'm excited! So sweet, so richly sweet, I'm enchanted💕! The sourness that comes later also doubles the deliciousness! Even people who don't like sake could enjoy it! Delicious!

I've been curious about the Kaze no Mori summer sake and finally bought it 🥹. I'm a sucker for summer limited editions! It's light and easy to drink, fruity and juicy, I like it a lot! It's sweet, and it's a sake that goes well with cold sake💕. It's too delicious!

I heard this one is hard to find too, so I bought it as soon as I heard about it 🩵. I wanted it because I drank Organic Naturals Kijo sake and it was delicious. The balance of sweet and sour is divine✨. It was so sweet and so current, it was too powerful. It was juicy and fruity. Too delicious💕Loved it!

Definitely chose it for the packaging lol. 100% Ginga rice, the original sake rice from Iwate. I don't know what it is, but it's a record 🍶. It's clean, refreshing and easy to drink! Too delicious! The sweetness and sourness is also good 🩵 Light and goes well with sashimi

I've had jr before, but I was curious about the puppy one too, so I decided to super it ✨. So fruity and sweet with no horns💕. I'm addicted to this one 😂 it's just too good! What a great product, I learned a lot from what you wrote about it being gorgeous, but I'm pretty sure this is what gorgeous is. I was dropped!

This is the 3rd bottle from Hey 👀! This one from Koryu is also delicious, so she told me to give it a try 💕. Is it dry? I don't know, but it has no habits so it's easy to drink and too easy to drink! I was attracted by the cool packaging and bought it. The package was not disclosed except for the alcohol content, ingredients, and brewing process. The concept of wanting people to enjoy sake without being influenced by brand information is too good 🍶. When I read the QR, a sake tasting quiz came up. I drink it while tasting it but...well I don't know 🤔 lol It makes me want to figure it out even more. But I'm going to run out before I figure it out... It's so easy to drink and has no peculiarities! Too delicious - a successful packet purchase 🩵.

Sake given to me by one of my favorite people. It was a collaboration with United Arrows! I wanted to open it when I was in a good mood, so I took a sip and left it for a while. It's a pretty pink color with a light nigori finish, it looks cute and made me feel good even before I drank it! It was like sweet and sour cherries! It was slightly carbonated and too delicious! I love it!
