Local Sake: Dark under the Lantern
I drank it for the first time.
It has a strong taste of rice and a mellow aroma.
It goes well with local dried fish, tiny squid.
I tasted it at room temperature before eating.
It is described as "light and dry," but it is light and refreshing without any peculiarities. I don't think it is as dry as it sounds.
I tried it with soda.
I thought it would go well with the strong flavor, but it was defeated by the carbonation.
If you make it very strong, it might work.
