Last time I had ocean99 white silver ocean was so good, I got the ocean series ✨. Gorgeous pineapple-like tropical aroma 🍍. From the juicy rice sweetness, to the chili, slightly carbonated, then clear and dry? Bitter? It's not that sweet but it's good 🤔😋😋😋😋😋😋. Too good 😊✨👍 I've decided my goal for this year is to conquer the ocean series 🙄🙄.

I was curious about this sake when I saw it on You Tube at SakeLab Tokyo and immediately pre-ordered it (sorry for being a meek person 😅). The taste is beautiful with a refreshing acidity typical of Sengoku 🙄 Kai said it tastes like Pocari Sweat. Kai said it was like Pocari Sweat, and he was right ✨. It's a dangerous sake that you can drink with ease 🤔. Postscript It's been more than a week since I opened the bottle, but I think the taste has not deteriorated much. The freshness is gone, but the sweet, acidic and refreshing taste is delicious ✨✨✨.

I compared it with Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo. Less ginjo aroma, but with a fresh aroma characteristic of nama-zake🌾. It has more rice flavor, freshness, and mellowness than the junmai ginjo 🙄 It has an alcohol content of 18%, but it doesn't bother me, I can drink it easily 🍶. As expected from Katsikoma ✨This is delicious 😋! I also tried it casually warmed up (or warmed up to human skin?) Try the warmed sake 🍶🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
