When I went on a day trip to Itoigawa, the brewery was selling it directly at the roadside station, so I grabbed it and bought it 😊. It has a typical sake aroma, sweet to dry when cold and thick sweet when approaching room temperature 🤔.

I'm drinking summer sake now... Tropical fruity, typical of Kangiku 🍍. A little acidic and bitter? This is my first attempt at Abe, not in the Abe series, but in the field-specific series 😁. The aroma is calm and the taste is clean, sweet and sour 💡. It can be served as a food wine or on its own 😊It's easy to drink 😋. And I never get tired of drinking it, so I can drink it all the time 😁 Actually a lot has happened, it's been 2 weeks since I opened it and I'm surprised it still tastes good ✨✨✨✨.

The aroma is a nice tropical aroma typical of the ocean series 🍍. The taste is fire-roasted, so it has less freshness than the ocean series, and the sweetness is more subdued 🤔It has a subdued taste, which makes it suitable as a food wine 💡I personally think it has a similar taste to Haneya 😊. Last time I had ocean99 white silver ocean was so good, I got the ocean series ✨. Gorgeous pineapple-like tropical aroma 🍍. From the juicy rice sweetness, to the chili, slightly carbonated, then clear and dry? Bitter? It's not that sweet but it's good 🤔😋😋😋😋😋😋. Too good 😊✨👍 I've decided my goal for this year is to conquer the ocean series 🙄🙄.

I was curious about this sake when I saw it on You Tube at SakeLab Tokyo and immediately pre-ordered it (sorry for being a meek person 😅). The taste is beautiful with a refreshing acidity typical of Sengoku 🙄 Kai said it tastes like Pocari Sweat. Kai said it was like Pocari Sweat, and he was right ✨. It's a dangerous sake that you can drink with ease 🤔. Postscript It's been more than a week since I opened the bottle, but I think the taste has not deteriorated much. The freshness is gone, but the sweet, acidic and refreshing taste is delicious ✨✨✨.

I compared it with Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo. Less ginjo aroma, but with a fresh aroma characteristic of nama-zake🌾. It has more rice flavor, freshness, and mellowness than the junmai ginjo 🙄 It has an alcohol content of 18%, but it doesn't bother me, I can drink it easily 🍶. As expected from Katsikoma ✨This is delicious 😋! I also tried it casually warmed up (or warmed up to human skin?) Try the warmed sake 🍶🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

I wanted a nigori sake for New Year's Eve, so I ordered it online ✨. Fruity (pineapple?) aroma. Fruity aroma, fizzy gasiness to a nice sweetness followed by a refreshing bitterness 💡. The balance of flavors is really good 🎉. I really like it! I mean, sake! I will buy it again next year😊. The day after opening the bottle The taste changes to a clean sweet daiginjo-like flavor 🙄 This is good 😋.
