Fresh apple-like aroma 🍎.
Sweet in the mouth at first, but the aftertaste is refreshingly dry 💡.
At 13% alcohol by volume, it's a taste you won't get tired of drinking ✨.
It has a pear-like aroma, and when served cold, it tastes dry and refreshing, while at room temperature it tastes thick and dry with a hint of tanginess 🤔I'm using heshiko as a snack, but it goes well with it ✨.
It looks modern but it tastes totally classic 💡.
I think it would also go well with warmed sake 🍶.
The aroma is more classic 🙄.
The taste is more classic, dry and sharp from moderate rice sweetness and umami 🤔.
It has a warm and cozy taste that will accompany your food.
I am looking forward to the changes in flavor after opening the bottle 😊.
It's been a while since I've lifted the ban on sake for a variety of reasons✨.
This is my first Omachi & Omine 😊.
It's fire-brewed, but has a fruity melon-like calm aroma 🍈.
Well balanced sweetness and umami, easy to drink 🤔.
I'd love to try a seasonal sake next time ✨
This is my first attempt at Abe, not in the Abe series, but in the field-specific series 😁.
The aroma is calm and the taste is clean, sweet and sour 💡.
It can be served as a food wine or on its own 😊It's easy to drink 😋.
And I never get tired of drinking it, so I can drink it all the time 😁 Actually a lot has happened, it's been 2 weeks since I opened it and I'm surprised it still tastes good ✨✨✨✨.
The aroma is a nice tropical aroma typical of the ocean series 🍍.
The taste is fire-roasted, so it has less freshness than the ocean series, and the sweetness is more subdued 🤔It has a subdued taste, which makes it suitable as a food wine 💡I personally think it has a similar taste to Haneya 😊.
In other words, it's delicious!
Fresh flavor and sweetness come in the mouth, and the taste is dry, clean and crisp 🍶.
The aroma is modest, but it is delicious 😁.
I found myself drinking too much of it and drinking it too fast 😊.
Personally, I prefer it among dry sake 😘.
It's been a long time since I drank it, but I think the taste of Manjusen's Kame No.1 was similar 🤔.
Last time I had ocean99 white silver ocean was so good, I got the ocean series ✨.
Gorgeous pineapple-like tropical aroma 🍍.
From the juicy rice sweetness, to the chili, slightly carbonated, then clear and dry? Bitter? It's not that sweet but it's good 🤔😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Too good 😊✨👍
I've decided my goal for this year is to conquer the ocean series 🙄🙄.
Fruity aroma like pineapple 🍍.
Slightly sweet and sour on the palate with a long bitter aftertaste🤔.
The flavor balance is like grapefruit 🍊🙄🍊
It's a Swiss drink ✨✨✨✨.
Postscript.
5 days after opening the bottle, the bitterness in the aftertaste has mellowed 🙄🙄.
It's good!
I was attracted to this sake because of the claim that it was made with Dombelli yeast ✨.
The taste is dry and refreshing like Manjusen, but with a fruity aroma and sweet and sour taste that I've never really experienced in sake 🙄.
It's a new taste discovery 💡🍶.
I was curious about this sake when I saw it on You Tube at SakeLab Tokyo and immediately pre-ordered it (sorry for being a meek person 😅).
The taste is beautiful with a refreshing acidity typical of Sengoku 🙄 Kai said it tastes like Pocari Sweat.
Kai said it was like Pocari Sweat, and he was right ✨.
It's a dangerous sake that you can drink with ease 🤔.
Postscript
It's been more than a week since I opened the bottle, but I think the taste has not deteriorated much. The freshness is gone, but the sweet, acidic and refreshing taste is delicious ✨✨✨.
I compared it with Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo.
Less ginjo aroma, but with a fresh aroma characteristic of nama-zake🌾.
It has more rice flavor, freshness, and mellowness than the junmai ginjo 🙄 It has an alcohol content of 18%, but it doesn't bother me, I can drink it easily 🍶.
As expected from Katsikoma ✨This is delicious 😋!
I also tried it casually warmed up (or warmed up to human skin?) Try the warmed sake 🍶🍶.
Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
Fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple 🍍.
Slightly sweet, then fizzy, then bitter, then cutting off 🤔After the fizzy feeling, it's slightly sweet with a clean dry aftertaste 🙄.
It's like a sparkling white wine 🍷.
Fruity aroma and sweetness that makes it hard to believe it's made only with rice 🙄 Low alcohol (5.5 degrees on the label), so it's almost like shochu.
Low alcohol content (5.5 degrees on the label), so it's easy to drink ✨It's almost like shochu high? I recommend it even for people who don't like sake 💡.
However, it may be a little lacking for me as a sake lover😅.
Fruity aroma🤔.
Strong carbonation to bitter and lactic acidity 🍶I can also taste the sweetness of the rice ✨.
More like wine than sake?
I've been drinking it Swiss when I noticed it 🎉.
3rd day after opening the bottle
Sake-like taste has appeared 🍶.
The carbonation has settled down and the aroma and alcohol taste has become more noticeable 🤔.
Nama sake is best after opening the bottle 😋.
My preference is for a little more sweetness 🙄.
I wanted a nigori sake for New Year's Eve, so I ordered it online ✨.
Fruity (pineapple?) aroma. Fruity aroma, fizzy gasiness to a nice sweetness followed by a refreshing bitterness 💡.
The balance of flavors is really good 🎉.
I really like it!
I mean, sake!
I will buy it again next year😊.
The day after opening the bottle
The taste changes to a clean sweet daiginjo-like flavor 🙄 This is good 😋.
Purchased at Liquor Pocket Mizuhata as it was recommended by the clerk to be served hot 🙄.
It has a rich shochu-like flavor when cold 🤔.
When heated, the richness lessens and you can taste the umami and sweetness 🍶.
I personally prefer it warmed 😊.
I got some Katsikoma, which I had heard was rare 😀✨.
This is my first time drinking it outside of a restaurant 🙄.
The aroma is faintly apple.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, dry, and cuts cleanly.
Great match for a mid-meal drink 🤔.
I want to match it with oden and sashimi 🍢.
Very much to the liking of Toyama sake lovers 🍶.
