I was attracted to this sake because of the claim that it was made with Dombelli yeast ✨. The taste is dry and refreshing like Manjusen, but with a fruity aroma and sweet and sour taste that I've never really experienced in sake 🙄. It's a new taste discovery 💡🍶.

I was curious about this sake when I saw it on You Tube at SakeLab Tokyo and immediately pre-ordered it (sorry for being a meek person 😅). The taste is beautiful with a refreshing acidity typical of Sengoku 🙄 Kai said it tastes like Pocari Sweat. Kai said it was like Pocari Sweat, and he was right ✨. It's a dangerous sake that you can drink with ease 🤔. Postscript It's been more than a week since I opened the bottle, but I think the taste has not deteriorated much. The freshness is gone, but the sweet, acidic and refreshing taste is delicious ✨✨✨.

I compared it with Kachikoma Junmai Ginjo. Less ginjo aroma, but with a fresh aroma characteristic of nama-zake🌾. It has more rice flavor, freshness, and mellowness than the junmai ginjo 🙄 It has an alcohol content of 18%, but it doesn't bother me, I can drink it easily 🍶. As expected from Katsikoma ✨This is delicious 😋! I also tried it casually warmed up (or warmed up to human skin?) Try the warmed sake 🍶🍶. Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

I wanted a nigori sake for New Year's Eve, so I ordered it online ✨. Fruity (pineapple?) aroma. Fruity aroma, fizzy gasiness to a nice sweetness followed by a refreshing bitterness 💡. I got some Katsikoma, which I had heard was rare 😀✨. This is my first time drinking it outside of a restaurant 🙄. The aroma is faintly apple. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, dry, and cuts cleanly. I wanted to drink the freshest alcohol that is in vogue right now, so I bought it through online shopping. This is my first experience with the rumored Akabu! Fresh and fruity taste. It also tastes a little sweet. I used to avoid sweet sake as a student because I didn't like sweet sake, but this is good. It has a gaseous taste that fades away after a short gasp.
