I got some Katsikoma, which I had heard was rare 😀✨. This is my first time drinking it outside of a restaurant 🙄. The aroma is faintly apple. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet, dry, and cuts cleanly. Great match for a mid-meal drink 🤔. I want to match it with oden and sashimi 🍢. Very much to the liking of Toyama sake lovers 🍶.

I wanted to drink the freshest alcohol that is in vogue right now, so I bought it through online shopping. This is my first experience with the rumored Akabu! Fresh and fruity taste. It also tastes a little sweet. I used to avoid sweet sake as a student because I didn't like sweet sake, but this is good. It has a gaseous taste that fades away after a short gasp. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly...I am in danger of drinking too much. It changed my concept of sake 🤔.

It has a mellow rice aroma and flavor, and although it is a bit dry, it is refreshing and easy to drink. I found myself running out of glasses... It was a great match with surimiage!
